8kmiles offer

Hi All,
I got an offer from 8kmiles. They are ofering 75k USD. I have around 10+ years of experience in java, j2ee. Two years contract. If i leave before then i will have to pay $22500. Also they are charging Rs 300000 through some other contractor for h1 b processing.

Please let me know if the offer is good.
