6 year cap includes L2 period?

Hi,

I was under L2 visa for 1 year and now got H1B visa. Will my period during L2 visa, counted in 6 year cap?

Note: I have not been outside US from L2 period till now.

No, its not but on L1B you cannot stay more than 5 years even with valid I-94. If so, it will result in problems during Green card
