Greetings.
H1B Visa petition has been initiated for me and the present USCIS H1B status is “Initial Review". It was filed On June 5, 2012 and being processed by California Service Center. More than 4 months got over but it is still in Initial review.
Can some one tell me how long will it take ?
USCIS can take from 2 to 6 months to provide the response to the petition.
