365 days rule to get full term.

Hi,

I was in US from May 2009 to April 2012 on Blanket L1. I had to return since my extension was denied. I was out of Inida on vacation between this term for one month.

Now I am in India and have a new Blanket L1 valid from November 2012 to November 2015. I want to get the complete 5 year term on this new L1 visa. If 365 day day rule applies to get full term, how would the 365 days count?Can I count the 1 month vacation period in the outside US period, so 335 days now plus the 30 days vacation from the previous L1 visa to get to the total 365 days outside US count.

It needs to be continuous 365 days if you want to reset the clock.
