Am planning to attend my H1b stamping in the next couple of weeks.During my interview with the VO am a bit concerned about my previous travel to Us. I had been to US before on a B1 twice for 3 months each n and for training , transition and requirements gathering. As i had stayed on a B1 for more time will there be any issues i need to foresee. Please help
3 months should be ok. It’s only when it gets close to 6 months that alarm bells are raised.
