Hi,
Applied H1 extension, Got RFE asking for E-E relationship, Client Letter, previous years W2's..etc. Responded RFE with all the requested documents.
Now got 2nd RFE on Salary Descripency : The beneficiary is compensated annual salary of $XX,XXX. According to the previous year W2 the beneficiary received $XX,XXX less than the stated salary. Please provide an explanation to this salary descripency.
In the first quarter of the year I worked less hours. Actually the descripency is just 6K difference, hence the W2 has less amount. Employer told he will address the RFE.
What is the chances of approval?
