My l1 extension got RFE (concerting to Premium mode) and waiting for RFE details . Is it possible to stay in USA after 240 day’s but not working ?
Or is there any implication or issue if I travel out of status as reaching 240 days now ?
Yes, you can be in US and not working after 240 days. Read 240 Days Rule below
