I have received 221g white slip ( VO requested latest dated client letter only ) on 5th march. I have sent latest client letter to US consulate, Chennai via email on 29th march. I have received email from US consulate that document is received. I’m still waiting for further update on my case till now ( almost 7 weeks). When I called customer center , they’re providing common response that I need to wait for 180 days. My case is not under administrative processing. Do I need to wait for 180 days for my case?
