221g - No response from Employer

I hope you are doing great.

I attended the h1b visa interview in 18 Jan 2022 and the officer issued 221g (asking client letter and project docs), but the employer isn’t responding to the RFE.

they have mentioned s he emploer need to respond with in one year in the 221g slip, otherwise will be rejected, my question is that will my h1b application reject if the employer didn’t respond with in one year? do I need to go for lottery again? or can I wait and change the employer after a year and attend the interview with new employer.

Could you please advise

You may be able to find a new employer and still be counted against the cap, meaning no need to go for lottery again.

just qq, so my application is still valid even if the employer doesn’t respond with in the RFE end date that mentioned in 221g.
