My Previous L1 visa got 221G admin processing. It was later approved after 3 weeks. I am now applying for H1B visa stamping. Do I need to use the DS160 for visa refusals and denials? Do I need to say yes to the question That whether your visa was denied?
The answer would be Yes. 221g itself means visa refusal (doesn’t matter if it was eventually approved).
