221g light blue form

I have attented visa on 29 july 2015,the interviewer did not tell anything and gave me 221(g)light blue form on front side and ticked the mark in submit the required documents but that form also contains 214b form on back side.my visa online status was refused.i dont know the exactly reason.

I don’t have any client letter.he gave passport return back.i mailed to us consulate what documents I should sumbit.they replaied yesterday to me your visa was refused under 214b form. But I got 221g form and tick the mark on submitt required documents. Now I don’t know what I wii do???
