I hope you are doing great.

My H1B application approved in 2021 and received 221g during visa interview, it is first time application, now I am planning to transfer to new employee if I get job,.

I want to know is the new rule $100k applicable if I new employer process my application? or consider it is as old application and ignore the fee.
