After Dropbox embassy refused and issued 221g letter for interview . Do we need to carry again photo, ds-160 confirmation page , appointment page Also is current b2 visa also refused which is valid till juky2023?
Just carry copy of all documents that were submitted during dropbox and original passport.
Current visa is not impacted and will remain valid till expiry.

Thanks are you aware of cases like this and why they calling for interview she is senior citizen .
I can only think of a situation where she might have overstayed in one of her past visits. Otherwise I don’t see any real reason to call a B2 holder for interview when the slots are limited.
