I had h1b stamping ( first time h1b stamping) interview on 27 Nov, 2013 in hyderabad and was issued 221g white slip stating my application needs additional adminstrative processing and VO has returned all the documents along with my passport. However, I got an email to submit my passport on 17th Dec, 2013 and I submitted my passport on 19th Dec, 2013. Since then there was 2 updates on my case.
first update - 23rd Dec, 2013 - administrative processing
second update - 26th Dec, 2013 - ready. However the status changed back to adminstrative processing the same day.
I had a hope that it’s a positive sign but nothing has happened. I know there are some ppl who have been waiting for months.
can some one suggest me how long it may take and if there is someone who has faced this situation.
