I went to h1 visa renewal interview last month (Nov 13, 2025)..i was given 221 g..this is because some 15 yrs back i got involved in a hit and run accident..someone complained that i hit his car and leaving the scene while i was not even aware that i hit a car..this case is haunting me since 2007
The visa officer asked me if i brought the case documents with me and asked me to upload the same..she said it would require some administrative processing
I have an ms in usa and prior work experience
Even after the incident, i travelled few times.

State farm insurance letter confirming that I had third-party insurance covergae at the time accident and that the state farm agency tried to reach the complianant but he never responded
Case closed letter
All dues paid receipts
How long does it take usually? Will I get visa?
