I was issued 221(G) in July 2012. My petition validity date is till Jan 2013. Is there any point in submitting documents mentioned in 221(G) to consulate now? If not what is the procedure to make use of the documents?
Your employer can file for petition extension. Once approved, reappear for stamping by carrying the new updated extended petition.
