I am on h4 visa in USA and went to India last month for H1b stamping. However I recieved 221(g) yellow slip asking for documents from petitioner . After 15 days I received a mail from ustraveldocs for submitting the passport for final processing. does this email guarantee the approval of visa stamping ? And what is the maximum time frame in which I can submit the passport ?
no one can guarantee anything. We just hope the best of our options. Please call the consulate for the time frame.
