2021 H1B Visa application - Transfer after Registration Lottery?

Hi all,

In this new system of H1B applications where we have

Part 1 - registering for the lottery

Part 2- Sending H1B application package

If you get selected in the lottery (Part 1 completed by Emlployer A)
if a different employer (Employer B) can actually file for your H1b? Not the one that applied for the lottery registration.

No, only the company that applied for the lottery can apply for the H1B application using full package. It is not H1B transfer…Also, you as candidate would have no information on the same…it is all your employer.
