Hi,

I have 2 h1b selected in lottery…

What shud I do next?

  1. wait for one of the app to approve, whosoever is approved first and then reject the offer from other?

  2. say no to one of the employer right away?

  3. Just wait to hear from USCIS?

  4. Can I appear for interview for both petitions?

  5. Can I hold both H1B simultaneously?

  1. Yes, but do it after stamping. if in case ur first stamping runs into a 221g, u can go to stamping with another

  2. Not now, after stamping with one

  3. Wait for Approval, if both approved, U can choose one to go for stamping

  4. If the first one is stamped, cant attend another as the earlier one may be cancelled. If the first runs into 221g, u may have a chance to attend another

  5. NO, only only stamp is valid at an instance
