I got 2 H1b petition approved, got 221 G (asking for more docs )on petition 1 abt 3 weeks ago.
Now I want to appear for petition 2 interview (as it is better offer), please confirm do i need to withdraw my petition 1 221 G.
Please note I have not submitted any docs aked to USCIS asof now.
U dont need to withdraw… Every Individual petition is considered as different one…
The other one may not affect U AFAIK
Hello Singh, i know very old case, but May I know what was the conclusion? I am having similer situation now.
I appeared for second interview and visa officer asked me about my first petition, I said I am not going with them as this company has better offer and she said ok and issued me visa
