Yet to receive decision on my h1b petition for 2013 quota

Hi all

I have applied for H1B petition (Non Premium) on June 11th and got receipt number on June 22nd. It has moved from Intial Review > RFE > RFE review pending > Initial Review. The final update was on Jan 2nd 2013. No other update till date. Is there anyone else pending for new H1B petition approvals for 2013 quota?

Its been more than 6months pending in California Service Center.

Very Frustrating.

P.S : Current status description says “Alien Registration number changed” and in Initial review status now.

Your attorney can follow-up w/ them about the status. Last year, they processed almost all of the petitions prior to April 1. If they follow the same this year, then you should hear something soon in next few weeks.
