I am working in a company A and want to switch for company B on H1B Visa. Company A is filing Amendment for working from a different state (and different client). While company B is filing for H1B transfer. Will there be any problem if these two requests are submitted simultaneously to US immigration?
It is ok for them to process in parallel.
