My husband is working in USA for last 12 years.
He applied for h1b extension and got rfe for speciality occupation
He completed his UG in Electrical and Electronic Engg and MS in telecomm in U.K
He was working for company A for 11 years and in company B from last year.
Company A started his green card process and his priority date is 2009.
Did any one came with similar situation?
please help with an answer
