my company failed to file my H1 this yr, they are ready to file my L1, but I dont know weather am I eligible or not, as I am in US and working with current company since one and half yr it’s a global company, enter to US on F1 visa, right now on OPT…Plz help me about this, m really very confused…
L-1 can be applied only if you work on employer specific tools/technology/applications etc and if you have worked for them for at least 1 year outside US in the previous 3 years.
