I have a question About LCA.I Moved from California to New Jersey Month of October 2018 and My LCA Approved on Somerset county(Bridgewater). I am Planning to live in Edison which is under Middlesex county. As Per FLC Data Center - FLC Wage: - Somerset county is coming under-Newark, NJ-PA Metropolitan Division. Area Code: 35084Area Name: Newark, NJ-PA Metropolitan DivisionCounties / Townships:ESSEX; HUNTERDON; MORRIS; PIKE; SOMERSET; SUSSEX; UNION But the OMB (OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET) Revised the MSA on 4th Sep 2018 and as per New Revised MSA-Somerset county is coming under New Brunswick-Lakewood, NJ Metropolitan DivisionArea code:35154Area Name: New Brunswick-Lakewood, NJ Metropolitan DivisionCounties/Townships:Middlesex County, Monmouth County, Ocean County, Somerset County Now I want to know is it okay to stay in Edison? Yes, unless, you work from home. Usually, LCA is mandatory for the work location, where you report to work on a day to day basis. Check with your attorney.
