My H1B visa is in progress for amendment and extension. The 240 days window got over and received the RFE status when the case was converted for premium processing. My work location has changed ( No change in my employer , client , job title and job responsibilities . Only Change is work location) few days before the RFE status was received from USCIS.
From my employer Igot the list of documents to be updated as RFE response. It does not have the Client Invitation Letter(which had the previous address). My concern is which address should be used while responding to the RFE status.
You should provide the address of where you currently work…if there was any non-compliance, then there could be issues…I would suggest you talk to your attorney on this and act accordingly.
