Without degree certificate H1B

Hi ,

Our company filled H1B for me without B.tech Degree Original certificate / +2 Standard Mark sheel (I have Only Xerox copy of +2 mark sheet ), Since those were missed in my home town.

H1B was applied without those document and It was told that USCIS accepted the application.

Is there any change of rejection, in spite of having Master’s original degree. WHen should I be ready with duplecate cerificate if needed.

When can I expect the REF no.

Can I manage for time being with those certificates

It should be ok as you have done Masters. But USCIS can still issue RFE asking for the same, and then you will have to provide those degrees.
