withdrawal of f1 cos , but no update in USCIS website

hello

I applied for COS from H1 to F1 but I dropped the plan to study for now and then applied for the withdrawal.

I cannot see any update inUSCIS website and I tried calling them but they are saying to wait for a month to get the receipt.

my mail package shows that the withdrawal leeter has been delivered there.

what else can I do to make it more clear ? and why is it not getting updated in their system ?

At times the online status is not updated timely. You can contact them again soon or open a service request to follow-up on the case.
