Dear all,
once company has filed H1B for me but later they come to know that they have a No Employee exchange policy with my exisiting employer so they need to withdrawal my petition . but since they was no project I have resigned from my employer and now my petition is approved so can any one tell me if my H1B petitioner still wants to withdrawal my case then what all options I have ? The company has never responded any of my emails , Thanks in advance.
