withdraw previous H1 which is under 221g Admin Process to apply for new h1

Hi Saurabh,

My H1 is under Admin Processing , now my client is willing to apply new H1 .So do i need to withdraw my H1 which is under process before i go to the interview for new H1.

Please let me know.
