Hi,
Currently i am on L1b visa for a company A and my spouse works for same company on H1b visa. I wanted to take a break for 3months. As per company policy there is no such long break option. They suggested me to go back to India and take long leave for 3 months and come back .
Question is , can i come back to US ,when i am on long live in india with L1b visa .If so can i stay back for a Month in US with L1B with out working?
