Will travelling with short H1B validity attract questions at POE?

Hey guys,

I will be travelling to the US coming Saturday(08 April). My H1B is valid only till June 30th, and I plan to apply for extension once I reach US.

Since I am travelling with only 3 months visa validity, I am a bit concerned whether this would attract and probe more questions during port of entry, like why travel with sort validity kind and how to answer such questions appropriately.

Can someone please advise?

You maybe asked about the short validity. You can reply saying that the employer plans to apply for extension soon after. Make sure you have your employer contact information available and keep them available on phone in case CBP officer wants to verify the same.
