Will this have an impact on my Green card?

Hello,

I maxed out my H1B 6-year period in March of this year including the recapturing time. I moved back to India on May 12th of this year. I am planning to come back to the US with an F-1 status by August 30th. Can I come back with an F-1 status within 3 months of my departure and in case I come back, will it have an impact on my Green card process in the future? If it might be a problem, is there any other alternative?

I dont see any issue with coming back on F1 as far as your intention is to start the course F1 is approved for and finish it.
