Will the Premimum fee get refunded if we are not selected in Lot

I am applied for H1B with Premium Processing fees. Will the fee get refunded if I am not selected in Lottery. I know that all the fees will be refunded if the application get rejected, but not sure about Premium processing

If an application is rejected after picking in lottery, fee will not be refunded.

Mostly the all fees to USCIS would be paid in the form of Checks. These checks sits inside the application packet. USCIS conducts the lottery without opening the packets. They stick the numbers to each of the packets before considering them for the lottery. They would open(and subsequently use the checks inside the packets) those selected packets and return the unselected PACKETS back to the petitioner. Having said that, any fees paid as a form of checks inside the application packet would be returned in unopened packets.

Thanks for the Answer. Need to know one more information. Can I file for premium processing later even if I have filed H1b normally

yes, you can amend the pending petition to be premium at any time.
