my company at another location in same state is E-verified but Location In which I am working is not E-verify.
Now, can I shift to that location and apply for stem opt.
Will it get approved???

can I use that locations EIN number and apply!!!
Your employer has to be e-Verified in general, I am not sure regarding locations. If they have same EIN, then it may be fine, but if not, then not sure. I suggest you speak to USCIS customer service or schedule USCIS Free Infopass Appointment.
