Will my new H1B application be cap-exempt?

Hi,

I jut got my visa stamped. But I am planning to change employers before travelling to US. If my new employer wants to file a H1b petition for me; will it be cap exempt considering I have never been to US on my current h1b.

Yes, it would be filed as cap exempt (it holds true for 6 years from the petition start date).
