Will Max Out Time Reset on Visa Transfer?

Hi Saurabh,

 

I am currently on L1 in USA for past 3 years. My max out would be on 2014 Dec. If my employer files H1 next year. Will my max out time reset to 6 years again?

You can get your clock reset only by staying outside US for one year or more.
