Will I get CPT & OPT for Part Time / Online MBA courses

Hi All,

        Currently I am doing MBA full time course in F1 Visa. If I transfer to Part Time MBA or Online MBA, will I get CPT and OPT options ? and also is Part Time / Online Master's degree holder is eligible to file H1b under Master's CAP ?

If you are not on F1 visa and full time student status, you may not get OPT and CPT options. You cannot do part time courses as F1 student. Fundamentally you need to be in full time student status. If you have a US masters degree from accredited school, it does not matter, if you got it as full time or part time, you will be eligible for master’s quota.
