My H1B Visa is expiring on 15th Feb 2013. Applied for H1b transfer through a company in premium processing, wherein package reached USCIS CSC office on 4th Feb 2013, but still no receipt generated. Will i be out of status after 15th feb 2013? please help clarify this?
As the petition reached USCIS prior to Feb 15th you should be fine. I assume you will start working for new employer as soon as the receipt is confirmed by USCIS.
