Will H1B approve without a valid PO

Hi,

My Organisation has applied H1B for me and selected in lottery.

It went to RFE and provided client letter and PO was valid till Oct 2016 only.

Client will be generally providing PO from Nov to October every year.

Is there any case in similar way and approved.

Did the employer explain this to USCIS that PO is issued only from Nov to Oct and a new one would be issued in Nov?

Yes. They have provided a letter and also the list of employees working in client location with valid H1

I think they submitted the best possible response. So be hopeful.

What would be time in this cases to get the approve status? They have submitted RFE docs on 13th October

No processing timeline. It could take weeks or months.
