I am recently married and my wife has a new passport with my last name. Then went for stamping and she is here in US on H4 visa. Next year, if she has to apply for H1, since her name is different in passport compared to degree certificates. will this be an issue and what supporting documents are required while applying for H1B?
It should not create any issues. You would have to include the name change documents and Marriage Certificate as part of the package. Check with the attorney, who files H1B they would provide the exact list.
