I’m requesting H1B visa. I got a RFE on July 30th. I’m currently on F1 visa.
What happens if no answer is given before October 1st? My OPT extension is valid until September 30th.
You need to stop working but can continue to stay on the basis of pending H-1 petition (assuming it was filed w/ COS).
