I got this site from my friend and after visiting this site I found many useful information. But one quesion is going around my mind for last few days. I have been issued H1B visa from my company. Could you guys confirm whether the visa still remain valid even if I leave my company and can be travelled from some other company?

If ur H1B is approved… U can find another employer who can file Ca-Exemption visa for U… Cap-Exemption meams, U will not counted under cap, U dont need to wait till April, U can file it anytime… Cap-Exemption can be filed even if your employer withdraws Ur H1B
Thanks RaNa for your reply…I have already received my Visa and its stamped … What I need to do if I want to switch employer so that I can travel from the employer …
U must find an employer who can file Cap-Exemption for U or travel US, work for ur employer and then transfer
