i am going to apply new H1B in 2014 can i apply H4 for my wife and kids at the same time or i need to wait and apply once my visa got approval ?
Is there any Cap for H4 visa.
and what is the Visa fees for H4.

You don’t need to apply for H4 visa right now. Once your visa is approved and appear for stamping, you can add your dependents in the application for H4 visa. There is no cap. Refer consulate site for visa fees.
