Here is We go with my case.I applied for lot in 2015 lot and got selected.I got my approval notice which is valid till october 14th 2016. My employer is not willing to send now and says will extend the approval notice period and send me later. My question is since i didnt goto stamping and also I am in India.So how long is the approval valid and when should i apply for extension with the same employer?
Cap-exempt petition can be filed by same or different employer even after the petition has expired. Usually it is within 6 years of original approval date, but USCIS seems to be going easy on this condition off late.
