when RFE status will be changed to response review

Hi,

I received RFE for H1B on 2-Nov-12. I submitted all documents on 21-Nov-12. But when I checked with my receipt number, it is showing like [b]"On November 20, 2012, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information."[/b]



I am very much worried on seeing this. what can I do now. In my company on 22-Nov-12, they mailed me like documents are submitted. Please help me.

If the documents have already been submitted to USCIS, then your employer/attorney should contact USCIS to clear this up. At times, their online status is not accurate and contacting their helpdesk should clear the things up.
