When my petition will get approved ?

Hi,

My H1B VISA got filled on June 9th, 2012. Mine is California centre . Will anyone pls let me know when they will start approving as its still in Initial review (almost 3 moinths have passed ). Moreover, also please let me know what are the chances of getting it approved as I have a work ex of only 2 yrs.

In california processing center they have completed processing the petition which are dated prior to April 16th. So we need to wait until sep 15 to check where ur filled in date is completed. Else need to call the uscis support center.

Well… actually funny, Mine was a masters quota filed on 7th June, I got an RFE on 7th August. i was not expecting that soon anything!!

We cant generalize any trend anyway!!
