the uscis acept my application on feb 7 but i dont’t hear any answer yet but I see the high light red color OMB and the number after that I don;t understand what 's that mean , please help me to clear .
OMB stands for Office of Management and Budget, which is the part of the government that administers and tracks paperwork and governmental forms (part of Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980). Its not relevant for H1B petition beneficiary (you).
