When can I apply for H4 visa for my wife?

My employer is going to apply for my H1 with premium processing this april 2013, if I got approval in May How soon I can apply for H4 visa for my wife in India?



Please reply me ASAP. It's so Urgent.

After you get the approval notice by mail. But she cant enter before Sep 21st as your H1 is valid from Oct 1st only. H4 is tied to your H1 visa.
