I have my H1B aprroved valid upto Oct2018, I am still waiting in India to be called for joining with my employer. Now, I want to know, what will be the possible effects on my VISA if Trump’s Policy is implemented.
Will my VISA become invalid?
Will my employer have to pay $130000 with immediate effect if I join?
Will there be any problem in extension?
What are the other possible pros and cons?
